What payment methods do you accept?
Debit and creditcards, Paypal, GooglePay and ApplePay.
I don't live in the UK can I still buy from you and have free postage and packing?
We are happy to sell to overseas buyers however please contact us first in relation to shipping requirements by email at shop@daat.org.
Can I obtain a credit account and use a purchase order to shop?
I'm sorry we don't offer a credit account at this time.
Can I track my delivery?
We ship using Royal Mail tracked delivery service.
When will my 'In Stock' order be dispatched?
We aim to pack and ship items to you within 72 hours.
What shipping provider do you use?
We use Royal Mail for all of our mail.
How much will shipping cost?
The majority of our UK shipments are sent out by free postage and packaging. Heavier items will incure a shipment cost calculated at checkout.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes we can.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order has been processed we are unable to make any amends to the delivery address.
Are your secondhand goods in good condition?
Yes, every item is closely inspected prior to being photographed and we pride ourselves in the high quality of all of the goods that we sell.
What is your returns policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Full details of our return policy can be found here.
